Correct require argument format
This version breaks things through the introduction of id capabilities, bumping version to 0.1.

Add an ad_id argument that can be used with several routes according to the API.
Also corrected the readme file for require argument format.
Also added a .gitignore file.
Thanks for making this work, I completely forgot about this little gem.
