- apply ktlint everywhere. It's a pain right now and don't wanna configure it

Not sure why but :webapp:installDist doesn't bundle webapp.js

but jsBrowserDevelopmentRun works fine for local dev

I can look at some point. Maybe let's peel off some of the no-brainer changes? Like CI updates? |
