VirtualBox

A VirtualBox Virtual Appliance is available that contains a pre-built system. This image is periodically updated to add new applications and updated kernel builds.

The Appliance comes with hardware virtualization enabled. For the majority of environments, this should work, but sometimes it might break things. At least one user has reported issues on OS X 10.6.8 with virtualization cashing VirtualBox to fail to function after bootup.
