Receive incoming stock

• PO Number(s) / Transfer Number (Filter by supplier/location/PO Status -In Transit)

Rules

• All Possible Status:
  • DRAFT - Only Local changes.
  • IN PROGRESS
  • RECEIVED

Actions

• SYNC PO(s)/Transfer

  • Remove all & Sync OR Add& ignore current
  • Prefill Expected qtys with PO order qtys

• START (Only by warehouse admin)

  • Update Status to IN PROGRESS
  • Lock in Location, PO(s)/Transfer, Expected Qty

• CHECK & FINISH

  • Check for variances, if variances give warning (show variances) and confirmation on finish
  • if confirmed, Update Status to RECEIVED else reset scanned values for items with variance > 0
  • if RECEIVED, set In Transit qty to On Hand
