I upgraded my local PHP to 8.2.5 and reinstalled many PHP extensions. When I tried to update the PHP geos extension, I got a PHP warning after installing the extension.

I did some investigation and compare the repo and the official one. I found that the official repo solved the problem by introducing the
arginfo.hand the related macro. So I create this PR to solve the problem.So far, it works well in my Apple Silicon M1 Macbook. I hope this PR can be published to help more people.
