This is an early prototype to use BQ ML to identify clusters of clients that have similar test patterns, in terms of volume, time of day, day of week, and eventually inter-test interval.
In the mid-term, I'd like to make it easy to compare behavior of different client clusters, e.g. for canary purposes.
