This PR adds functionality to filter friends by platform when listing friends for the currently logged in player. The implementation follows the existing pagination pattern used in the SDK.
Changes:
- Added a new
ListFriendsByPlatformmethod that accepts a platform parameter to filter friends - The method follows the same structure as the existing
ListFriendsPaginatedmethod with added platform filtering via query parameters
