Android update

Was just compiling this repo for someone on Slack.

Here is a small update:

• linting all files in Android Studio (auto lint, nothing I did by hand)
• minSdk: 12.6.0
• added the example folder so you can test it with ti build -p android in the /android folder
• binary: ti.draggable-android-5.1.0.zip (there are no files in the release section)
