Fix getIndentFirstLine in object Table error

This patch fixes the error reported in #5 and #10:

    TypeError: Cannot find function getIndentFirstLine in object Table

It does this by skipping the getIndent* checks for Table objects.

In the course of things, this patch also fixes the setup error reported
in #11 and #14 (also fixed in the existing PRs, #12 and #15):

    Illegal character. (line 879, file "Code")
