不好意思，代码修改的比较凌乱，主要改动如下：
main.py 增加GaeSigninHandler
member.py class SettingsPasswordHandler 修改为允许旧密码为空（Google用户登录后密码默认为空）
class Site(db.Model): 增加gae_login_url=users.create_login_url("/gaesignin")
增加页面tpl/desktop/gaesignin.html
