…test referencing lsphp84 Update images to latest versions. Hard Coded 1.8..5-lsphp85 due to latest referencing lsphp84. Updated docker-compose and .env with revised mariadb max connections of 200 with variable to override.

Update images to the latest versions. Hard Coded 1.8.5-lsphp85. Changed Mariadb max connections default to 200 and a variable for override.
