This board does not need DIO3 to power the TCXO oscillator

Update ttgo_t3stm32.dts to config OLED display.
With this DTS you can test Oled with CFB subsys and test with the samples:
west build -p always -b ttgo_t3stm32 samples/subsys/display/cfb
Also you can test Lora with send/recibe samples:
west build -p always -b ttgo_t3stm32 samples/drivers/lora/receive/
PD: I didn't check if SD is still working
