Hi Jared,
I made a few tweaks to the code for my purposes and realized it might be useful to others. Not all WRF runs begin with cold-starts on multiple nests. It may be beneficial for inner nests to start x hours after an outer nest has been initialized. To that end, I made it so that users can start different nests at different times, though all nested runs must end at the same time.
I hope this is useful! Thanks so much for coming up with this. I don't suppose you could integrate these changes into the pip package, could you?
