i18n support and spanish es_ES language file

I added the i18n support, but I added too

- BDD aceptance tests
  * directory structure has changes
  * composer configuration
  * behat basic configuration for recommended environment
- Created settigs page which clear cache option
- I18n support and generator .co files script
- release script to make plugin packages

I did not changed changelog section in README.md
I did not changed readme.txt
Please, check your deploy.sh script for directory changes
