The easiest way to get started with the module on RHEL based distributions is through the packaged install.
Add info about prebuilt binaries
Add instructions for installing the module via the GetPageSpeed APT repository, which provides freely available pre-built packages for Debian 12/13 and Ubuntu 20.04/22.04/24.04 (amd64 and arm64).
