Describe the solution you've provided

This PR adds a features object to .sdk_metadata.json that documents all features supported by the Go Server SDK along with the version in which each feature was introduced.

Features were mapped using:

• Canonical feature keys from sdk-meta/products/feature_info.json
• Introduction versions from the SDK features documentation (Go column in server-side SDKs A-K table)
• Version verification via CHANGELOG.md

Items for reviewer attention:

1. hooks version: Docs show 7.4, but CHANGELOG shows v7.3.0 introduced hooks. Used 7.3.
2. testDataSource version: Docs show 2.0, but CHANGELOG shows v5.0.0 introduced ldtestdata. Used 5.0.
3. storingData/storingDataRedis versions: Used 2.0 based on CHANGELOG evidence that Redis was supported before v3.0.0.
4. storingDataConsul/storingDataDynamodb: Used 4.5 per CHANGELOG v4.5.0.

Human review checklist:

• Verify version numbers are accurate for each feature
• Confirm no supported features are missing from the list

Updates since last revision:

• Removed fdv2 feature per reviewer feedback (still in EAP stage)
