…any jsoup modifications I'm making. Right now it writes to a hard coded directory but I and trying to find a portable way to determine which directory to use.

First pull request. This one adds a bunch of work to get us some basic unit testing framework to avoid regressions. I'm now going to work on getting jsoup working and we can compare neko to jsoup and verify they are compatible this way.
