In this release, all of the issues that affected deployed applications have been fixed. At the moment version 1.6.1 has not been deployed for Mac. To get a deployed application for Mac, you need to download version 1.6.

v1.6

Version 1.6 is the first version of the software to be released publicly.

The following issues are known for the deployed applications:

• The path of the MCR should be /Applications/MATLAB/MATLAB Compiler Runtime/v94/ instead of /Applications/MATLAB/MATLAB Compiler Runtime/v95/ in the user guide and the installation instructions. This path is used to get output in the terminal for mac users.
• Parallel processing cannot be used. Select one core in all GUIs which allow processing with multiple cores.
• The user guide cannot be opened from the application. The user guide can be downloaded from the folder UserGuide in the source code.
• Browsing for directories gives an error on the first attempt. It seems to always work on the second and subsequent attempts.

None of the above issues occur if you are running the source code in Matlab.
