Initial integration for Github importing.
Adds new UI for adding github token, that gets saved and encrypted to the machines cookies, as a temporary storage location. (Need to see other options in future, maybe saving to database)
After connecting github token, it provides a menu to select a project and import it, it creates and adds any missing tags and columns, imports it identically as the project has it.
Currently a very rough and basic implementation, just importing from the projects page. Need to add more functionality later, such as syncing changes and other things that would be nice QoL.
