- Shows members with only emails (no display names) and include pending members in mention dropdown
- Mentioned members now receive an email the first time they are mentioned in card description/comment
- Comments now uses the TipTap editor (without header options) allowing for mentions
- Lays the foundation for displaying notifications in the app (mentions, invites etc.)
