Updated the repository to match the Agent Harness capabilities and structure.

  • Created scripts/ directory with tasks.py, memory.py, bootstrap.py, and tasks wrapper.
  • Created templates/ directory with GUIDE.md and maintenance_mode.md.
  • Updated AGENTS.md to include Agent Harness instructions while preserving project-specific context (Architecture, Testing, Requirements).
