The functionality of /lexicon is now covered by /search. Removed: - pkg/app/lexicon.go - pkg/app/lexicon_test.go - CMD_LEXICON constant and command handling - Reference in help message

/lexiconcommand and associated filespkg/app/lexicon.goandpkg/app/lexicon_test.goas the functionality is now subsumed by/search. Updatedpkg/app/command.go,pkg/app/const.goandpkg/bot/bot.goto remove all references to the command.
