Make it possible to click a playlist item to pause it

Don't know if this addition is worth to merge, but as we have long playlists it's not very convenient to always have to scroll up to the main player. Like this it's possible to click on the playing playlist item to pause the player.

That's a cool feature I think. I have some long playlists with 20 - 40 songs in my website, that will fit perfectly!
Except after I updated jPlayer to 2.9.2, the Playlist pause button does nothing at all, the pause event is never called, while the single player pause still works great.
