JOSE has introduced the use of `dynamic()` types and so it needs OTP 26 as a minimum.

@kianmeng this works. I will merge this and wait to see if there is activity in jose. He is probably focused on jose 2.0 I believe but if anything, we say OTP26 is the minimum version (although Elixir can be 1.15) |
