- support multiple guacamole server profiles, with different color schemes per profile
- Replace shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Scroll by Ctrl+Alt+Backspace
- added missing localization
- added basic unit test project
because pressing Scroll key also changes status of enabled Scroll mode (see active/inactive key LED)
