Removed the trailing backslash after the last package in the apk command.

Fixed Typo in second apk command

Added error handling for the curl command and the patch application.

Checked for the existence of the makefile before attempting to compile.

Added cleanup of the temporary directory after installation.

Used mkdir -p to avoid errors if the directory already exists.
