don't fail to init() and keep reconnecting if reconnect is true

This patch makes redo keep reconnecting even if Redis server is not ready when redo:init is called.

Thanks for your comment, ferd. I have not enough experiences to know which approach is better.
I modified my first code to use return value of init to follow the style of existing redo codes (handle_info).
