This caught an issue in that the
protocompile.Compilerwasn't aware of the "option dependencies", so when doing the topologically ordered compile, it failed to get a file's option dependencies. It also caught an issue with resolving extension names when interpreting options, which didn't yet know to also check the file's option imports, not just its regular imports.
