Add row called 'Fields (all tables)' to the table 'schema'. Add the table 'Tables Records' after the table schema to show all tables with a summary of the number of records and clickable table names.

Hi Jeremy,
I've submitted this Pull Request primarily to upgrade the project to use Microsoft.NET.Sdk, making it compatible with the newer .NET ecosystem and allowing for easier development in tools like VS Code.
I also took the liberty of adding a new feature: displaying a summary of table records after the schema, with clickable table names for better usability.
