- The man pages don't come with current binary distributions on mac
- and lookup fails anyway for commands
- and I've never seen a generic cmtk man page
* that's what works for me on a mac
* does man cmtk exist? I've never seen it
* I guess this could be conditional on failing to find man entries for the tool in question
