latest github runner images only come with deb mirror+file scheme style information, thus the parse here fails to extract the main URL. Instead of raising an exception, let's just hardcode the http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu Signed-off-by: Konrad Weihmann <konrad.weihmann@avnet.eu>
