Related alloy PR: adobe/alloy#863
This is an updated sample app that makes a konductor request server side (in
server.js) and informs alloy of it usingapplyEvents. Cookies for identity and path are also read and set in the request lifecycle.Details of Hybrid mode and the approach taken can be found on this wiki page.
