perf: Split stylesheet into data-attrs and classes to improve performance

Description

Improve performance by providing data-attr and class specific stylesheets. These stylesheets reduce file size but only if you choose to go with one particular method.

Why is this important?

Not every project will use both data-attrs and classes so to remove unused code, offering alternative stylesheets will help with performance.
