- Expand from 105 to 1,195 lines with detailed architecture coverage
- Add complete project structure overview with file-by-file descriptions
- Document server initialization flow and lifespan management patterns
- Explain platform client architecture and service plugin system
- Detail configuration system design and precedence rules
- Cover tool system including static tools and dynamic bindings
