Problem solved.
PX4 parameters cannot be access by the mixer.
Solution
Using the get_control call back I use the "group" 100 and tweak the Callback behavior when ask for the group 100 to return the value of the parameter. The generate_model script generate the differents macro and case (in MultirotorMixer.cpp and mixer_module.cpp) needed for this to work.
