Last release was missing the
lib/folder because Yarn Berry ignores thepreparescript during publish.This PR adds the
prepacklifecycle script, which Yarn Berry explicitly supports for build steps duringyarn packandyarn npm publish.Ref: yarnpkg/berry#2305
