BREAKING CHANGE: Capacitor 8 major now required
BREAKING CHANGE: iOS deployment target is now 15
BREAKING CHANGE: Android minSDK is now 24, compile and target are 36

I'm marking this PR as draft; once Cap 8 stable is released - we can re-run CI and if it passes we can merge this PR. |
CI will fail until Cap 8 stable is released. Missing pnpm install and cap sync to update lock files. Doing a commit to update this after Cap 8 stable is released will make CI pass.

This PR includes the changes for the Plugin to support Capacitor 8 - Major version bump for the plugin
The peerDependency was updated to Capacitor 8 to match other official plugins. Also includes updates to native Android dependencies (in both plugin and JS Engine), android / iOS platform targets, and also the example apps.
