After recently adding fileUuid column to thumbnails model on driver-server-wip, we found records were still being created with null uuids. The culprit was clients still using the post storage/thumbnail endpoint exposed by this server.
This pr adds logic to retrieve the file from db and correctly create a thumbnail referencing the file's uuid.
