Add pin-init configuration file

Hey LKP folks, I'd like to add a branch. One question regarding the Repo Spec: what does integration_testing_branches do and have I used it correctly?

thanks, the repo name i refer to is the file name in repo/linux, is it ok to use bennolossin instead of pin-init so it aligns with other files? BTW: you can do a force push by merging the 2 commits into one.

Will do, just have to clone the repo, doesn't seem like I can do a force push from the GH ui...
