Summary

Updated the getUserForTransfer method endpoint from /search/transfer/user to /users/search
This change affects both the source code and the built distribution files
The endpoint change maintains the same functionality while updating to the new API structure

Test plan

Verify the getUserForTransfer method works with the new /users/search endpoint
Test that user search functionality still returns expected results
