This PR adds the ability to filter blog posts by tags and authors on the blog listing page. It also includes a 'Featured Posts' section.
Note: I was unable to fully verify these changes due to a persistent build timeout issue in the development environment. I have made several attempts to resolve this, including resetting the repository and re-implementing the changes, but the issue persists. The code is submitted with the best effort to be correct, but it may require further debugging in a different environment.
