Renamed path to the file with global tags

Rami, am I missing something? The default is
$CMSSW_RELEASE_BASE/src/Configuration/AlCa/python/autoCond.py
but you want
$CMSSW_RELEASE_BASE/Configuration/AlCa/python/autoCond.py

However, I think the original version is correct:

[ikrav@lxplus0063 src]$ ls -rlt $CMSSW_RELEASE_BASE/src/Configuration/AlCa/python/autoCond.py
-rw-r--r--. 1 cvmfs cvmfs 4085 Sep 9 20:52 /cvmfs/cms.cern.ch/slc6_amd64_gcc491/cms/cmssw/CMSSW_7_4_12/src/Configuration/AlCa/python/autoCond.py

while your version says no-such-file.

Yes, sure, I think GitHub structure drops /src/ from the path to the file/package.
