Summary of changes.

  1. Upgraded to the latest rust client.
  2. Removed openssl dependency across the board.
  3. Updated metadata and license to reflect that we are part of the Apache Foundation.
  4. Split README files so that it is easier for the python folk to pick up the lib.
    4.1 README.md is reserved for python users, this is the README file that will be available in PyPI.
    4.2 CONTRIBUTING.md this is the readme that Rust devs will see.
    4.3 python_examples/README.md contains instructions regarding how to run the examples and a screenshot.
  5. Created version in pyproject.toml.

How to test

Follow CONTRIBUTING.md and ensure that examples still work
