Included a mapping for version 5.2.0 to itself in the cpdUpgradePath dictionary to handle upgrade scenarios where the current version is already 5.2.0.
Introduces a check to determine if the current Cloud Pak for Data version is already at or beyond the target version, providing a clear message and preventing unnecessary upgrade attempts.
