This PR introduces support for Cloud Pak for Data 5.1.0 version and the ability to install each of the supported CloudPak For Data services independently of the MAS applications that use them. This allows for installation of those services to be more easily tested.
It is possible to Install Cloud Pak for Data 5.1.0, upgrades from v5.0.0 is also supported.
This has been successfully tested in personal fvt environment pfvtcpd51.
Note - this needs to be released in coordination with
- ibm-mas/ansible-devops#1639
- ibm-mas/python-devops#55
ansible-devops needs to be merged and built first, then python-devops needs to be merged and built,
then cli can be merged.
