Summary
Adds documentation for NeoPRISM, a new node backend for Cloud Agent. Includes a node backend configuration guide, NeoPRISM component documentation, deployment instructions, and environment variable updates. NeoPRISM is recommended for new deployments as a lightweight alternative to the legacy PRISM Node.
