Introductory notebooks to Data Science

Prerequisites

• Install R and RStudio, see instructions in R4DS
• Install Quarto
• Download MEH_AMD_survivaloutcomes_database.csv from datadryad.org

TLDR

• Many skills are required for data science

• We will focus on data wrangling, which typically demands the most time in a project. The tidyverse collection of R packages will be used primarily

• We will also cover:
