WIP

Note: There is no Carbon equivalent component to the HDS IconTile component.

Possible design features to change:

  • Change rounded corners to square in Carbon versions?
  • Adjust background and/or border colors to improve contrast in some variants?

📌 Summary

If merged, this PR adds the “Carbonized” IconTile & its Showcase to HDS.
