This PR integrates the Swarm Plugin that has been added to the Conversational Agent.

The Swarm Plugin can be enabled and disabled here. If it is disabled, a SwarmPlugin instance is not added to the additionalPlugins property of the Conversational Agent.

On this screen the user can set the values for the config fields that make up SwarmConfig, which is passed to the constructor of SwarmPlugin.
User is prompted to enable the Swarm plugin in order to update the config fields.
