htools - Hans' C-related tools

This is a collection of source code that I'm assembling to make future
development easier. For me.
Each project has its own uses, but this is probably what should be done first
so everything is built in order:

$ export HTOOLS_PATH=<path to htools>
$ cd $HTOOLS_PATH
$ make

Now have fun with the README for each project!
